“Knowledge is Power” and “A mind is a terrible thing to waste” are just two of the many sayings that convey the value of learning. These messages aren’t lost on most of us when we’re in the “traditional” learning ages or learning phases. Pre-school on through college, graduate school, and for some doctorate programs. But what about outside of the traditional classroom and beyond those scholastic years? Even more importantly, what about the lessons life teaches us?
