As a trained security and law enforcement professional, you’re taught to always be ready. Never underestimate someone and always be prepared for the worst. This requires you to be focused and diligent. Through the years, I’ve learned that this thinking can help you in many other areas in life. To put it simple, you should strive to be ready and prepared to handle life’s challenges. But what about when you bring the battle upon yourself? What about when you engage in or initiate a fight? You certainly better be ready to handle yourself and willing to go the distance. The last thing you want to do is start something that you’re not prepared to see through to the end. Whether it’s something life throws at you or something you throw yourself into, be ready, and don’t bite off more than you can chew!
