Activity trackers are one of the new trends in fitness. Although they’re not new, it’s a whole lot of new companies and products in the marketplace. Essentially, they track everything from steps to sleep patterns to heart rate, and more. One of the things I’ve learned is most people don’t change the goals from what the company sets as the default. Changing your step/activity goal is key to taking the next level in your fitness. The same goes for creating success in other areas of your life. Challenge yourself, push yourself to get to a new level, and never settle for where you are.
